Yes! On the Agent Premium or Brokerage plans, you can live chat with a support agent or book a zoom call for support. The Agent Basic plan doesn't offer human support but rest assured we have a constantly updating library of short videos to walk you through every part of the software readily available through a support widget that's visible once you log into your CRM. The video library widget is available on all plans!

Yes! Security is our top priority, and we built our software to make sure your funnels, websites, and subscribers are secure. You don't have to worry about staying up-to-date with "plugins" that can easily be compromised. This CRM is made for agents by agents.

On the Basic & Premium plans, we give you an ongoing $10 per month credit limit included in your regular rate which covers about 7100 emails or 355 CRM calls or 635 text conversations. You probably will not exceed those limits every month. However, if you do exceed the limits, you will be charged 2.8 cents per minute, 1.5 cents per text conversation, & 1/10th of a cent per email. The limits & credits reset every month. These costs are purposefully still lower than most CRMs on the market, rest assured!
