On the Basic & Premium plans, we give you an ongoing $15 per month grace limit included in your regular rate which covers about 7100 emails or 355 CRM calls or 635 text conversations. You probably will not exceed those limits every month. However, if you do exceed the limits, you will be charged 2.8 cents per minute, 1.5 cents per text conversation, & 1/10th of a cent per email. The limits & credits reset every month. These costs are purposefully still lower than most CRMs on the market, rest assured!
